现在人气很旺的一间川菜馆，据说也是排队排到丧心病狂，想说晚点去2点半结束我们快2点来，果然前面只用排几个人。这间店据说是创始人在路边卖血旺起家的，新加坡没有血旺于是这次打算吃个够点了两份。碗碗旺这个口味不太重，轻微的麻上面还淋着炸过的豌豆脆脆香香的，另外一份鸡血旺这个味道会偏重口，味道非常入味，鸡肉被切的小小块，这两个血旺都好吃。还点了一个名字好玩的菜叫爆发WHO，来自四川民间宴席的经典丸子蒸菜。玉米粑和老面红糖锅盔也都不错，就是可惜自己只有一个胃。

#2020&middot;眉山吃&middot;游#No. 16&mdash;&mdash;马旺子餐厅以前来眉山的时候，就曾经来过马旺子。这次又来马旺子，总体感觉不管是餐品还是服务，都是更上一层楼。我们过来的时候刚好是春节前，正是单位公司年会的高峰期。即便是中午，整个餐厅也几乎座无虚席。感觉对于接待我们这样的散客，餐厅应对比较成熟，流程也很清晰。一楼的接待员在食客等位的时候，就帮忙点菜，节约了等待时间。不过，午市到一点三十结束，之后就不再继续接待了。很巧的是，我们这次坐的大桌，就是几年前和老爷过来坐的是同一桌、同一个位置，哈哈哈。当时某公司正在搞年会，顺便免费看了变脸和歌舞表演，O(&cap;_&cap;)O哈哈哈~来说说菜品。【酸辣萝卜】是马旺子的看家菜之一，造型漂亮，味道好，爽脆可口，些微的辣味很开胃下饭。【鸡肾旺子】是鸡肾与血旺一起烧出来的，家常豆瓣味。鸡肾口感嫩滑，不会像脑花那样，让人觉得油腻上头，与血旺还蛮般配。这道菜下饭、下面食都是不错的选择。【脆皮粉蒸肉】算是一道创意菜了，粉蒸肉是肉粒，就像是包子馅的那种感觉。虽然创意可嘉，但味道比较一般，外皮有点干涩，内里是有香菜的。【手工银丝卷】曾经在太古里的马旺子里吃到过，当时就很喜欢。眉山马旺子的味道也很好，能吃出来是发酵到位的面，口感松泡又不失嚼劲，而且还可以点半份，适合人少的场合。另外，马旺子的免费泡菜是老泡菜，味道很棒。眉山马旺子的服务很好，从一楼的接待，到席间的服务员，无一不是热情友好细致，免费水果和雪菊茶也都是加分项。虽然价格不算低，但整体还是很推荐的。

走到眉山突然想到东坡肘子应该是这里的名菜，于是带上家人去了这家号称百年老店的马旺子。门口可以停车，由于今天中午客人比较多所以没有位置。保安告诉可以停对面也是免费的。整个店面看起来很气派特别大，我看到的两个大厅都很大而且装修都很好。我们坐的位置看到有办80大寿的老人，应该是有很多人选择在这家请客。本来看装修以为消费应该有点高，结果看了菜单觉得还是挺正常的。东坡肘子应该是招牌菜，软硬合适，味道还是可以的。不过我不是很喜欢这种剁椒味，总觉得皮白白的不如焦皮的来得好。包浆豆腐上面有很多折耳根颗颗和花生颗颗，还是挺香的。还点了一个豆汤肥肠血旺，虽然是白味，味道还是很好的。还有一个南瓜藤比较偏广式做法我觉得一般。消费了150，家里老人觉得性价比不错。服务态度挺好的，服务员也很勤快。
